Our team helps patients, families and discharge planners coordinate accessible rides from medical facilities to home, assisted living or rehabilitation.
Leaving the hospital should come with a clear transportation plan. Whether a loved one needs wheelchair support or a stretcher ride, we focus on comfort, respectful assistance and coordination with the care team. Same-day requests are welcome; each trip is confirmed based on vehicle availability, patient mobility needs and discharge timing.
